4tablespoonof Greek yoghurt or dairy-free yoghurt.
Instructions
Add ¼ cup of your favorite mixed berries, frozen to a blender. Then, add 3 prunes, 1-2 tablespoon of pure honey, and 2-3 tablespoon of organic almond milk to the blender. Blend until all of the ingredients are mixed smoothly.
Pour ½ of the mixture from the blender into a big jar. Add 3-5 tablespoon of Greek yoghurt or dairy-free yoghurt. Then, add the other ½ of the berry mixture to the jar.
Top the combination with crunchy granola and fresh whole berries. Then, enjoy!
