These indulgent Easy Pistachio Croissants are made in no time at all. It has flaky croissants, creamy pistachio filling, crushed pistachios, and pistachio sauce. Serve it as a treat or dessert.
Chop deshelled pistachios and set aside for later.
Pour heavy cream into a bowl and add sugar. Whip for three minutes using a hand-held electric whisk.
Next, add 1.5 tablespoon of pistachio paste to the cream and whip for another two minutes or until stiff peaks form.
Then, use a knife to slice croissants in half.
Add pistachio cream to a piping bag or use a spoon to scoop the pistachio cream into the croissant and close it.
Then, add the pistachio cream on top of the croissant in the center. Then, top the croissants with the chopped pistachios.
Finally drizzle 3 tablespoon of pistachio paste on top of the croissants. If the pistachio paste is thick, add a drop of oil and mix to loosen it.
