Heat a splash of olive oil in a large pan. Add onion seasoning, garlic seasoning, cumin, a pinch of turmeric, salt to taste and paprika to taste. Mix and cook the spices for 1 minute on a medium heat.
Add chickpeas to the pan, stir and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Serve easy sautéed chickpeas as a side.
Notes
Batch: Feel free to half, double or triple the ingredients in this recipe to feed more or less people.
Paprika: Swap paprika with cayenne pepper to suit your taste. Adjust the amount to your liking.
Chickpeas: Be careful not to overcook the chickpeas, as they may become too soft. Ensure they are cooked just enough to avoid being too hard.
