- 2 cups of cooked dried chickpeas or canned
- ¼ teaspoon of onion seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon of garlic seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon of cumin
- a pinch of turmeric
- Salt to taste
- Paprika to taste
- A splash of olive oil
Instructions
- Heat a splash of olive oil in a large pan. Add onion seasoning, garlic seasoning, cumin, a pinch of turmeric, salt to taste and paprika to taste. Mix and cook the spices for 1 minute on a medium heat.
- Add chickpeas to the pan, stir and cook for 5-7 minutes.
