Instructions
Slice pumpkin into two and roast in a preheated oven at 190C for one hour.
Leave the pumpkin to cool, scoop out the seeds and stringy bits.
Scoop out the remaining pumpkin, add to a food processor and blend until smooth. Add the pumpkin puree into a jar and use as desired.
