In a large mixing bowl whisk together wholemeal flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon power and a pinch of salt. Add two eggs, almond milk and pumpkin purée to another large bowl and whisk.
Pour the flour mix into the egg mixture and use a large spoon to mix all the ingredients together until smooth.
Add the mixture to the waffle maker and leave to cook for 4-6 minutes (follow instructions on your waffle maker). Plate up!

Notes: Enjoy with agave, honey, whipped cream or some syrup if you want a sweeter taste.
