Preheat oven at 170C. Add almonds to a lightly greased baking tray and roast for 10 minutes.
Leave almonds to cool. Add almonds to a food processor, blend until smooth and scrape down the sides when necessary. This process normally takes 10-20 minutes so be patient!
Once the almond butter is smooth add honey/maple syrup, salt and blend again.
Pour your butter into a jar and refrigerate!
