Get a large bowl for marinating your salmon. Add 2-3 tablespoon of soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste, and a drizzle of honey to the bowl. Mix it together. Then add 4 salmon fillets and let them marinate in the mixture for 30-40 minutes.
Meanwhile, add your remaining salad ingredients to a mixing bowl. Mix together ½ bag of mixed salad leaves, 4 chopped handfuls of baby tomatoes, 8 sliced carrots, 8 sliced radishes, 2 chopped avocados, and a drizzle of olive oil. Toss the salad and set aside until your salmon is done.
In a frying pan, heat up some oil and a handful of sesame seeds. Add the marinated salmon fillets to the pan and sear for about 3-5 minutes on each side. Once they’re done, remove them from the pan and place them on top of your salad.
Split into 4 servings and enjoy!
Notes
Salmon: Feel free to cut the salmon into bite-sized chunks instead of the full fillet. You can also roast or air-fry the salmon.Batch: Double or triple the recipe if you're feeding a big crowd.
