Add milk, espresso shots, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, sugar and salt to a blender and blend until smooth.
Add ice to a jar or glass cup and pour the latte mixture into it. Top with whipped, dust pumpkin spice on top and serve.
Notes
Espresso shots: if you do not have espresso then you can add ¾ cup of instant coffee instead.
Milk: If you want a super creamy latte then use full-fat milk. You can also add a splash of heavy cream if you want an even creamier latte.
Vegan: To make a vegan pumpkin iced latte then use plant-based milk and dairy free whipped cream instead.
Sweetness: Add white sugar, brown sugar, maple syrup or any other sweetner of your choice to the latte. You can also alter the amount that you add depending on your preference. If you are not a fan of sugar then you can skip it altogether.
Ice: If you want a latte with a slushy-like texteture then add ice to the blender and blend it with all of the other ingredients.
Pumpkin spice: Feel free to use pumpkin spice syrup or powder.
