This mouth-watering pumpkin iced latte deserves a spot on your menu this fall! It is one of my go to recipes during pumpkin season because it is really easy to make. I love adding Pumpkin puree to desserts and drinks during fall to give them a delicious twist.

If you are a coffee lover like me then you will love this Iced pumpkin spice latte recipe. It gives the usual iced latte a special twist and includes warming aromatic, spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg.
Another great thing about this cold pumpkin spice latte is that it is very easy to customize. For example, you can add less or more espresso depending on how strong you like your lattes and you can alter the amount of sugar you add too.
If you are in the mood for something very cold then you can make a frozen pumpkin spice latte instead. To do this, add ice to the blender along with all of the other ingredients and blend until smooth.

To make this mouth-watering latte you will need a smoothie maker or blender. It includes easy-to-find ingredients that can be bought from a local store or online. Read the recipe card for more details and measurements.
For Iced Pumpkin Latte
- Milk – Use any milk of your choice for this recipe. For example, you can use full-fat milk, low-fat milk or plant-based milk.
- Espresso shots or instant coffee – I added 2 shots of espresso to the latte but if you do not have espresso then you can add 3/4 cup of instant coffee instead.
- Pumpkin puree – Feel free to add canned pumpkin puree or freshly made pumpkin puree.
- Pumpkin spice – This spice mixture includes cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cloves and ginger. If you do not have pumpkin spice then you can make your own pumpkin spice with those ingredients. You can also use pumpkin spice syrup instead.
- Fresh nutmeg (optional) – I added some freshly grated nutmeg to the iced latte and whipped cream as it is one of my favorite spices. However, If you don’t have any nutmeg to hand then you can skip this.
- Salt – A pinch of salt will balance the flavors in this latte perfectly.
- Sugar – Add sugar to sweeten up this latte. Feel free to add less or more according to your preference.
- Ice – It wouldn’t be an iced latte without the ice! Make sure you have ice ready before making this latte.
How to Make Pumpkin Spiced Iced Latte
1.Start by adding milk and espresso shots to a blender.
2. Next, add pumpkin puree, sugar, pumpkin spice, salt and sugar to a smoothie maker or blender. Blend the mixture until everything is smooth and evenly combined.
Tip: At this stage you can taste the latte and adjust the flavor to suit your taste e.g add more sugar.
3. Finally, add ice to a cup or jar. Then pour the pumpkin latte into the jar. Add whipped cream to the iced latte and dust nutmeg or more pumpkin spice on top.

Ingredients
- 1.5 cup of milk any milk of your choice
- 3 tbsp of pumpkin puree fresh or canned
- 2-3 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
- A pinch salt
- 2-3 shots espresso or 3/4 cup of instant coffee
- ice enough to fill the jar
