This delicious, bold, and flavourful

Ingredients

okra
chopped thinly

of Maggi

Dry fish

of pre-cooked meat assorted

of fresh large shrimp
Ground pepper to taste

of chicken stock
A splash of palm oil
Instructions
Wash and finely chop the okra. Discrad the top and the tips.
Add water, palm oil, ground pepper, iru, and chicken stock to the pot. Cook for about 5 minutes.
Add dry fish and assorted meat. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of apon. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
Add salt, maggi, and shrimp. Cook for 5 minutes.
Finally, add your chopped okra and cook for 10 minutes.
Serve with eba or pounded yam.

Prep Ingredients:
