of chicken wings

of smooth peanut butter

teaspoon
of garlic powder
¼
teaspoon
of onion powder
Salt to taste
Ground pepper to taste
paprika or cayenne

suya pepper

of vegetable or sunflower oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180C/360F. Place an oven rack on a baking tray and grease it with oil to prevent the wings from sticking.
Chop wings into flats, drums and discard the tips. Then use a paper towel to pat them dry.
Add the wings to a bowl and to a bowl and add oil, peanut butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, suya powder and mix.
Place chicken wings on a rack and bake for 20-22 minutes flipping halfway through.
Once the chicken is ready, plate up and serve with more suya powder, red onions and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
Notes
Suya pepper:
Check if the suya pepper has sodium. If it does, be mindful of how much salt you add.
Chicken wings:
You do not have to chop the wings into drums and flats. You can leave them whole if this is your preference.
Air fry:
These wings can also be made in the air fryer. Air fry at 180C/360F for 20-22 minutes flipping the wings halfway through.
