How to Make Nigerian Suya Chicken Wings

- Preheat the oven to 180ยฐC/360ยฐF. Place an oven rack on a baking tray and grease it with oil to stop the chicken from sticking to it as it cooks.
- Next, chop the chicken wings into flats and drums, discarding the tips, and patting them dry with a paper towel.
- Then, season the chicken with oil, peanut butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and suya powder.
- Next, arrange the seasoned wings on the prepared rack and bake for 20-22 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Once cooked, plate up the wings.
