This Overnight Oats with Berries recipe is easy to make and adaptable. Add berries, granola, yogurt, chia seeds and honey to take this breakfast to the next level!
Add your favorite mixed berries to a blender. Then, add prunes and the sweetener of your choice.
Next, add almond milk to the blender. Once all of your ingredients are added, blend it until it’s thoroughly mixed.
Then, grab a jar big enough to fit all of the toppings. Add the uncooked oats, and pour more almond milk until it covers them. Then, top with Greek or vegan yogurt.
Next, add the blended berry mixture on top of the yogurt. Top it with crunchy granola and a handful of fresh berries. Leave it in the fridge overnight.
Remove from the fridge and enjoy!

Batch: Feel free to half, double or triple the ingredients in this recipe to feed more or less people.
Add-ins: Add extras like chia seeds to firm up the ingredients and absorb more of the moisture.
