- Sweetener: To make this overnight oats recipe vegan replace honey with maple syrup or agave.
- Jar: I love making overnight oats in mason jars. However, overnight oats can also be made in air-tight containers.
- Add-ins: You can add extras like chia seeds to firm up the ingredients and absorb more of the moisture so your oats don’t end up too soggy.

Overnight Oats and Berries
Equipment
- 1 Food processor or blender
Ingredients
- ¼ cup of frozen mixed berries
- 3 whole prunes
- Honey/Agave syrup
- 2-3 tablespoon of almond milk
- ¼ cup of oats uncooked!
- 3-5 tablespoon of Greek or vegan yoghurt
- granola
- Fresh berries
Instructions
- Add your favorite mixed berries to a blender. Then, add prunes and the sweetener of your choice.
- Next, add almond milk to the blender. Once all of your ingredients are added, blend it until it’s thoroughly mixed.
- Then, grab a jar big enough to fit all of the toppings. Add the uncooked oats, and pour more almond milk until it covers them. Then, top with Greek or vegan yogurt.
- Next, add the blended berry mixture on top of the yogurt. Top it with crunchy granola and a handful of fresh berries. Leave it in the fridge overnight.
- Remove from the fridge and enjoy!
