Make these Quick Fried Crispy Chicken Wings, which taste absolutely delicious using less than ten ingredients. Serve as an appetizer or side with your favorite dip.
Cut the chicken into drums and flats and discard the tip.
Use a paper towel and pat the wings dry.
Next, add wings to a bowl and season with chicken seasoning, salt, black pepper, baking powder, cornflour and garlic powder. Mix well until fully coated, and drizzle or spray sunflower oil on top.
Place the wings in the air fryer and cook on both sides at 200C/400F for 8-10 minutes on each side or until done.
Place the wings on a plate with paper towels to soak excess oil.
Serve Quick Fried Crispy Wings with any dip of your choice.
Notes
Frying: Deep fry the wings for 7 minutes or until golden.
Baking: Bake at 425°F/220°C in a preheated oven on an oven rack. Flip the wings halfway through to ensure that they cook evenly.
Batches: Double or triple this recipe to feed a crowd.
