Ingredients

udon noodles
prepared according to package instructions

tablespoon
Butter

cloves
garlic

of large shrimp
peeled & deveined

green onion
finely chopped

tablespoon
of vegetable or sunflower oil
Sesame seeds
for garnish
Scallions
for garnish
Noodle Sauce

tablespoon
of soy sauce
1
tablespoon
of honey
1
tablespoon
fish sauce
1.5
teaspoon
of Korean/gochugaru or red pepper flakes
1.5
tablespoon
of sesame oil
Instructions
Prepare the udon noodles and set aside.
Add soy sauce, honey, fish sauce, gochugaru, sesame oil and stir until combined.
Melt butter in a pan or wok. Add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.
Next, heat vegetable oil in the same pan. Add garlic, onions, udon noodles, and shrimp, pour in the sauce and toss until combined.
Finally, stir in the scallions, garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
