How to Make Spicy Garlic Shrimp Noodles
- Start by cooking the udon noodles (follow the instructions on the packaging) and set aside.
2. Mix soy sauce, honey, fish sauce, gochugaru, and sesame oil until well combined.
3. Melt butter in a pan or wok, toss in the shrimp, and season with salt and pepper. Let them cook for 3-5 minutes or until done, then take them out and set them aside.

- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 300 g of large shrimp peeled & deveined
- 1 green onion finely chopped
- 1.5 tablespoon of vegetable or sunflower oil
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Scallions for garnish
Noodle Sauce
- 2 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1.5 teaspoon of Korean/gochugaru or red pepper flakes
- 1.5 tablespoon of sesame oil
Instructions
- Prepare the udon noodles and set aside.
- Add soy sauce, honey, fish sauce, gochugaru, sesame oil and stir until combined.
- Melt butter in a pan or wok. Add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.
- Next, heat vegetable oil in the same pan. Add garlic, onions, udon noodles, and shrimp, pour in the sauce and toss until combined.
- Finally, stir in the scallions, garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
