This Spicy Grilled Suya Chicken is the perfect succulent side dish. Serve it with jollof rice, fried rice, or vegetables, and watch it disappear in seconds!
Then, add chicken legs to a bowl. Add a splash of oil, season with salt to taste and ½ a teaspoon of chicken seasoning. Leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 200C/180C Fan/400F/Gas 6.
Add 4 tablespoon of suya spice and 2 tablespoon of vegetable oil to a small bowl and stir. Brush the chicken legs with the suya spice mixture and bake for 30 minutes. Baste chicken legs with suya spice mix and turn the chicken every 10 minutes while it grills. Once it is done serve and enjoy!
