Add water to a saucepan and add a pinch of salt. Bring water to a boil then add pasta. Cook pasta for 8-10 minutes, reserve ½ a cup of pasta.
In the meantime, add tahini, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic powder, salt to taste, black pepper to taste, pasta water, and olive oil to a medium-sized bowl and stir well.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain the pasta water then pour the tahini sauce into the saucepan and mix well. Serve with fresh parsley and more chilli flakes.
