- ¾ cup reserved pasta water
- ½ cup of Tahini
- Juice of 1 lemon zest
- ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder

Instructions
- Add water to a saucepan and add a pinch of salt. Bring water to a boil then add pasta. Cook pasta for 8-10 minutes, reserve ½ a cup of pasta.
- In the meantime, add tahini, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic powder, salt to taste, black pepper to taste, pasta water, and olive oil to a medium-sized bowl and stir well.
