Make these mouthwatering Viral Buldak Noodles! They’re packed with flavor and easy to make. Serve for dinner with soft-boiled eggs, dumplings, and more.
Bring water to a boil and add the noodles from the pack. Cook for 5-8 minutes then drain and reserve the water for later.
Next, add an egg yolk to a pan, the Buldak sauce from the packaging and kewpie mayo and mix until combined.
Then pour 2 cups of the reserved noodle water into the pan and mix. This boiling water will cook the egg yolk.
Next, heat the pan on low, add rice cakes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add mozzarella cheese and milk and cook for another 2 minutes.
Finally, remove the pan from the stove add the sesame mix, boiled egg, dumplings, green onions, chili oil, sesame seeds and enjoy!

Boiled eggs: Bring eggs to a boil then cook for 8 minutes for a gooey center.
