Best Meatless Dinner Ideas on a Friday
One of the newest dieting trends we have seen lately is the idea of cutting back on meat without having to eliminate it completely. You don’t need to quit meat cold turkey, but going meatless a few days a week might work wonders for your health.
Classic Friday night dinners always seem like the best opportunities to eat the unhealthiest meals. You are celebrating the end of a long work week and you just want to kick back and relax with some delicious tastes.
But you don’t have to give into your sweet tooth! Instead, here are some great Friday evening vegetarian alternatives to beloved meat dishes:
- Rice, beans, and veggies
- Vegetable paella with soy protein
- Baked or fried falafel with pita bread and hummus
- Vegetarian chili with butternut squash
- Cauliflower tacos
