- Double or triple this recipe to feed a crowd. It can also be made in a circular or rectangular dish.
Ingredients
- Ladyfingers: Select a good brand of ladyfingers for the best flavor. You can also use pavesini or savoiardi biscuits instead.
- Heavy whipping cream: Use cold heavy whipping cream or double cream and beat until stiff peaks form.
- Sugar: It is added to the whipped cream to sweeten it.
- Mascarpone cheese: This is a mild cheese that gives the cream filling a delicious silky texture. It should be at room temperature before mixing.
- Lotus Biscoff spread: Add it to the cream filling and use it to top the tiramisu.
- Milk: The ladyfingers are dipped into a milk and biscoff spread mixture. It is best to use full-fat milk for the best flavor.

Recipe Variations
There are various ways to prepare this dessert. It all boils down to your individual taste. For example, if you want to add coffee flavor to this dessert, add 1-2 tablespoons of espresso to the milk and biscoff mixture before dipping the ladyfingers in.
Another variation involves using lotus biscoff biscuits instead of ladyfingers. Follow the same recipe.

Tips and Tricks
- Ladyfingers: Do not dip them in the milk for too long, as this will cause them to become too soft and fall apart.
- Whipped cream: To get the best results when whipping the heavy cream make sure it is cold. You can also use a cold bowl.
- Mascarparpone: Make sure it is at room temperature before mixing.
- Sweetness: You can adjust the sweetness of the filling by adding less or more sugar to suit your taste.
