Matcha is a vibrant green powder made from green tea leaves. It originates from Japan and has a distinct leafy flavor. Many adore it, and it is often enjoyed as a tea. It is also a popular alternative to coffee.

My sister's love for matcha inspired this buttercream frosting. For her birthday, she requested a matcha cake, which I decided to frost with this delectable buttercream. Its texture is smooth and fluffy, making it a delightful dessert.
