It combines the flavors of both desserts by adding melted chocolate and cocoa powder to the mascarpone for a rich, chocolatey filling. It still has coffee-dipped ladyfingers for that classic tiramisu flavor, although you can easily swap the coffee for milk.
The real standout is the toasted marshmallow topping, which recreates that classic s'mores filling! Add a drizzle of melted chocolate for even more decadence, crushed graham crackers or Digestives for a little crunch, and, of course, a Hershey's bar in the middle for the ultimate late summer fall treat!

How to make S'mores Tiramisu

Step 1: Add chocolate to a bowl. Melt it in 30 second intervals. Stirring in between until smooth. Set aside and let it cool.
Step 2: Stir until smooth. Set aside and let it cool.
Step 3: Whisk heavy cream to soft to medium peaks.
Step 4: Then add sifted cocoa powder. Fold gently until combined and set aside.

Step 5: In a separate bowl, add mascarpone, confectioners sugar, vanilla extract and the cooled melted chocolate.
Step 6: Whisk for one minute.
Step 7: Then add half of the chocolate whipped cream and fold it in.
Step 8: If necessary, add 3-5 tablespoons of milk to loosen the texture. Add the remaining chocolate whipped cream, fold again and set aside.

Step 9: Pour cooled brewed coffee into a shallow bowl. Soak ladyfinger for 3-5 seconds.
Step 10: Add one layer of coffee soaked ladyfingers to the bottom of a dish.
Step 11: Scoop half the chocolate mascarpone filling on top of ladyfingers and smooth evenly.
Step 12: Add another layer of coffee soaked ladyfingers.

Step 13: Add the remaining chocolate mascarpone, smooth evenly again leaving enough space on top for a layer of marshmallows. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for atleast 6 hours or overnight.
Step 14: Remove plastic wrap. Top with white marshmallows facing up.
Step 15: Toast the marshmallows with a blowtorch.
Step 16: Drizzle melted Hershey's or any chocolate of your choice on top. Add crushed graham crackers and Hershey's to the middle.
Serve and enjoy this extra special late summer S'mores tiramisu.

S'mores Tiramisu
Equipment
- 9" oval dish
- Hand-held electric whisk
Ingredients
Filling
- 450 g (2 cups) mascarpone, slightly softened
- 85 g (3 oz) milk or dark chocolate melted and cooled
- 75 g (6 tbsp) confectioners' or icing sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 360 ml (1½ cups) heavy cream cold
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 260 g ladyfingers or Graham crackers or enough to fill your oval bowl in two layers
Topping
- White marshmallows enough to top
- 3-4 tablespoon Melted chocolate for drizzle
- Crushed Graham crackers or digestive crumbs
Instructions
- Add the chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl. Melt in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until smooth. Set aside to cool.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream for 1-2 minutes or to soft-medium peaks. Add the sifted cocoa powder and gently fold until combined. Set aside.
- In another bowl, combine the mascarpone, confectioners' sugar, vanilla extract, and cooled melted chocolate. Whisk for 1 minute until smooth.
- Fold half of the chocolate whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture. If needed, add 3 to 5 tablespoons of milk to loosen the texture. Gently fold until combined. Add the remaining chocolate whipped cream and fold until just combined.
- Pour the cooled brewed coffee into a shallow bowl.
- Dip each ladyfinger in the coffee for 3 to 5 seconds and arrange a layer of coffee-soaked ladyfingers in the bottom of a serving dish.
- Spread half of the chocolate mascarpone filling evenly over the ladyfingers.
- Then, add a second layer of coffee-soaked ladyfingers.
- Spread the remaining chocolate mascarpone filling evenly on top, leaving enough space for a layer of marshmallows. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Remove the plastic wrap and arrange the marshmallows on top, cut-side facing up.
- Toast the marshmallows with a kitchen torch until golden brown.
- Drizzle with melted Hershey's chocolate or your favorite melted chocolate. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the centre and top with chopped Hershey's chocolate.
- Serve and enjoy this decadent S'mores Tiramisu.
