How to Make Baileys Tiramisu

Step 1: Pour the heavy cream into a bowl and whisk for 3-5 minutes or until stiff peaks form.
Step 2: In a separate bowl, combine mascarpone, vanilla extract and sugar.
Step 3: Whisk for about one minute until smooth. Then gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
Step 4: Pour the Baileys Irish Cream into the mascarpone mixture and gently fold until combined.

Step 5: In another shallow bowl, mix cooled brewed coffee with Baileys Irish Cream and stir.
Step 6: Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee-Baileys mixture for about ten seconds.
Step 7: Arrange the first layer of coffee-Baileys soaked ladyfingers in the dish.
Step 8: Spread half of the Baileys mascarpone-cream filling over the layer of soaked ladyfingers.

Step 9: Dip the remaining ladyfingers in the Baileys-coffee mixture and layer them on top of the mascarpone cream.
Step 10: Finish with the remaining mascarpone filling.
Step 11: Smooth gently. Cover the tiramisu and chill in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, overnight is ideal for the best texture and flavor.

- 16 oz or 450g of Mascarpone cheese
- โ cups of sugar
- ยผ teaspoon of vanilla extract
- ยผ cup Bailey's or any other Irish cream
- 260 g of ladyfingers or enough to fill two layers of the dish
- 1 ยผ cups of brewed coffee
- 1 shot of Bailey's
Topping
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons of Bailey's
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- Cocoa powder for dusting
- Half a strawberry
Instructions
Bailey's Mascarpone Filling
- Whip the heavy cream in a bowl until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mascarpone, vanilla extract, and sugar for one minute or until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
- Then, add the Baileys Irish Cream and fold again until fully combined.
Assemble
- Pour brewed coffee and Baileys into a shallow bowl and stir together.
- Dip each ladyfinger into the Baileys-coffee mixture for about 10 seconds.
- Arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers in your dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone filling over the top.
- Dip the remaining ladyfingers and add a second layer then, spread the remaining mascarpone filling and smooth the surface.
- Cover and chill for at least 6 hours (overnight is best).
Bailey's Whipped Cream Topping
- Just before serving, whisk heavy cream, Baileys, and sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Transfer the cream to a piping bag fitted with a petal tip and pipe diagonally across the tiramisu.
- Finally, dust with cocoa powder and add half a strawberry to the center for decoration.
