This Starbucks-inspired iced matcha latte is energy-boosting, refreshing and a great alternative to coffee. It can also be made hot but I love making the iced version on hot summer mornings to start my day. - Matcha powder: Select good-quality matcha powder for this recipe. Bad matcha can taste quite bitter. You can also use matcha to make Japanese Matcha Cake with Strawberries and Cream.
- Boiling water: To get the best flavor and consistency, mix the powder with boiling water before combining it with milk.
- Ice: Add as many ice cubes as you like. I like to fill the jar with ice cubes.
- Milk: Use any milk of your choice. e.g. full-fat dairy milk, almond milk or soya milk.
- Sweetener: Use maple syrup, honey and any other sweetener. Add as much as you like.

- Milk: The type of milk you use will affect the taste of the matcha. For a creamy flavor, use full-fat or oat milk.

How to Make Quick Iced Matcha Latte
- Add 2 teaspoon of matcha powder to a small bowl.
