How to Make Smoked Salmon, Avocado, Boiled Eggs on Toast
- Place two eggs in a medium-sized saucepan. Fill the saucepan with cold water enough to cover the egg. Then, heat the eggs on medium/high heat until the water begins to bubble. Once the water begins to bubble, lower the stove to low/medium heat and leave to cook for 7 minutes if you want squidgy eggs or cook for 12 minutes if you prefer a firmer center. Leave the eggs to cool for 5 minutes, and then peel the shell.
- In the meantime, grab a slice of bread and toast it. Then, peel open the avocado, slice it up, and add it to the toast.
- Grab a few strips of salmon and add it to the toast. Finally, add the boiled egg.

Ingredients
- ½ Avocado
- 1 Bread
- 2 Eggs
- Smoked salmon a few strips
Instructions
- Put two eggs in a medium sized saucepan. Fill the saucepan with cold water (enough to cover the eggs). Then, heat the eggs on a medium/high heat until the water beings to bubble. Once the water begins to bubble lower the stove to a low/medium heat and leave to cook for 7 minutes if you want squidgy eggs (as pictured) or cook for 12 minutes if you prefer a firmer center. Leave the eggs to cool for 5 minutes and then peel the shell.
- In the meantime grab a slice of bread and toast it. Then peel open the avocado, slice it up and add it to the toast.
- Grab a few strips of salmon and add it to the toast. Finally, add the boiled egg (as shown).
