How to Make Avocado Breakfast Burger BUN!
Ingredients
- 2 large avocados
- 2 eggs
- 2 sliced radishes
- 1 slice of cheese
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
- A sprinkle of poppy seeds
Method:
1. Heat a splash of olive oil in a medium sized pan and break the eggs into the pan. Reduce
the heat and leave to cook for 4-5 minutes.
2. Carefully peel the avocado to avoid denting it.
3. Cut the avocado in half and lay one half of the avocado on the plate. Add cheese, radishes and eggs. Cover with the other half of the avocado as shown.
4. Finish off with a sprinkle of sesame and poppy seeds on top.
