- 1 chopping board
Ingredients
- 3-4 cups of Kale
- 2-3 Red apples
- ¾ cup Pomegranate seeds
- ¼ cup Feta crumbled
- ¼ cup Pecans chopped
Dressing:
- ⅓ cup of olive oil
- 2-3 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 2-3 tablespoon of maple syrup
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- To make the dressing, mix oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, salt and pepper in a jar and shake well.
