Ingredients
- 500 g Ground beef
- 2 Romaine Lettuce hearts
- 1 White onion diced
- 3 Tomato chopped
- 3/4 cup Pickles
- ⅓ cup Cheese
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- Olive, canola or vegetable oil
Homemade Big Mac Sauce
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp of ketchup
- 2 tsp Mustard
- 1/4 tsp of White vinegar
- ½ tsp of sugar
- Salt to taste
- Paprika to taste
Instructions
- Heat a splash of oil in a pan. Add ground beef and season it with salt and pepper to taste. Stir occasionally and cook for 7-10 minutes or until the meat is brown.
- Next, make the big mac sauce. Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, white vinegar, salt to taste and paprika to taste in a bowl and stir until combined.
- Prepare the salad ingredients. Chop lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles and grate cheese. Add the ingredients to a bowl. Then add the cooked ground beef to the bowl and top with sesame seeds and sauce. Serve and enjoy!
