It is so easy to make and comes out delicious every time. Today I'm using my air fryer but feel free to use an oven too and you'll still get the same mouth-watering results.
Garlic bread is fresh bread that is topped with garlic, olive oil or butter and sometimes cheese. It is usually grilled, toasted or baked and contains seasoning and herbs such as parsley or chives.
Air fryers are a popular kitchen gadget that are taking kitchens by storm as they are so easy to use and don't require much oil. Serve this delicious garlic bread as a side with Air Fryer Chicken and Sweet Potato Fries or as an appetizer. The choice is yours!

- Unsalted butter: Make sure the butter is at room temperature so that it is easy to mix it with the other ingredients. Salted butter can be used in place of unsalted butter but make sure you add less salt if this is the case.
- Whole garlic: You will need two entire bulbs of garlic for this recipe.
- Grated Parmesan: Use fresh parmesan cheese or pre-grated parmesan cheese.
- Shredded mozzarella: Shred the mozzarella or buy a pre-shredded pack.
- Parsley: Other alternatives to parsley include oregano and chives.
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt: to taste
- Olive oil: Use olive oil for best results.
- Baguette bread: Use fresh baguette bread.
How to Make Tik Tok Garlic Bread in Air Fryer
1.The first step is to preheat the air fryer to 190C/380F. Next, slice the top of the garlic bulbs and drizzle some olive oil on it. Add some salt and pepper to taste, wrap in a foil and place in the preheated air fryer for 30-35 minutes.
Tip: Make sure you add enough oil as this will help the garlic to cook.
2. Once the garlic is cooked, make the garlic butter by mixing together the butter, roasted garlic, parmesan, chopped parsley, salt to taste and black pepper to taste.
3. Stir thoroughly until the mixture becomes a spread. Slice the baguette in half.
4. Spread a generous amount of the garlic butter on the bread. Then sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on top.
5. Roast for 5-8 minutes in an oven or air fryer at 180C/360F.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 2 bulbs whole garlic
- 3 tablespoon of grated Parmesan
- Shredded mozzarella
- 1 handful of chopped parsley
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 splash of Olive oil
- 1 Bread
Instructions
- Preheat an air fryer at 190C. Grab two large garlic bulbs, slice the top of the garlic, place them on foil and pour olive oil into each garlic. Sprinkle salt and pepper onto the garlic. Then, wrap it in the foil. Add the garlic in foil to the preheated air fryer and cook for 30-35 minutes.
- Once the garlic has cooked prepare the garlic butter. Add room temperature unsalted butter, roasted garlic cloves, chopped parsley, grated parmesan and black pepper to taste to a bowl (add salt if necessary). Stir the ingredients well until it forms a smooth spread.
- Next, slice a large baguette in half and spread a generous amount of the garlic butter on to it. Then top the garlic bread with grated mozzarella cheese.
- Bake garlic bread in the oven or air fryer for 5-8 minutes at 180C/306F. Serve once the cheese has melted and the bread is golden brown.
