- Mascarpone Cheese: No tiramisu would be complete without this mild, creamy cheese. Store it in the refrigerator until used to maintain the cream layer's set.
- Coffee: Freshly brewed, strong coffee is needed for a real flavor. Let it cool completely before using it to coat ladyfingers so they don't become too soggy.

How to Make No-Egg Tiramisu

Step 1: Start by adding mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla to a bowl.
Step 2: Give it a good whisk for about a minute until everything is combined but don't overmix the mascarpone.
Step 3: Next, slowly pour in your double cream (or heavy cream) while whisking at the same time.
Step 4: Use a handheld whisk and mix for 1-2 minutes until the mixture starts to thicken and hold its shape. Be careful not to over-whip, or it might split or curdle.

Step 5: Now, pour some brewed coffee into a shallow plate and let it cool completely.
Step 6: Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee for about 10 seconds, just enough to soak without getting soggy.
Step 7: Lay them in your dish to form the first layer.
Step 8: Then, scoop just over โ of the mascarpone cream filling on top.

Step 9: Add another layer of coffee-soaked ladyfingers on top.
Step 10: Add a third layer of the mascarpone cream on top
Step 11: Smooth the mascarpone filling.
Step 12: Transfer some of the mascarpone mixture into a piping bag with a round tip and pipe little swirls or dots over the top for a nice finish. Cover the tiramisu with plastic wrap, ensuring it doesn't touch the top layer, and chill it in the fridge for at least 6 hours, or overnight if possible. Overnight is best!

No-Egg Tiramisu

Ingredients
- 30-40 Savoiardi biscuits/cookies
- 600 g or 2.5 cups of mascarpone cheese
- 533 ml or 2.25 cups heavy cream
- 160 g or โ cup granulated sugar
- 375 ml or 1.5 cup strong brewed coffee
- 2-3 tablespoon of cocoa powder
Instructions
- Add mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla to a mixing bowl. Whisk everything together for one minute or until it's smooth and well combined.
- Next, slowly pour in the double cream while whisking at the same time. Keep whisking for one to two minutes until the mixture starts to thicken and hold its shape.
- Pour the cooled coffee into a shallow plate. Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee for ten seconds or just enough to soak without getting soggy. Lay the soaked ladyfingers in a single layer in your dish until the bottom is fully covered.
- Spoon half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers and spread it out evenly so it covers the entire layer. Then repeat the dipping process with the remaining ladyfingers and place them on top of the cream. Finish with the rest of the mascarpone mixture, smoothing it out to cover everything.
- For decoration, transfer some of the mascarpone mixture into a piping bag fitted with a round tip and pipe little blobs over the top to add a nice touch.
- Carefully cover the tiramisu with plastic wrap, making sure it doesn't touch the surface, and place it in the fridge to chill for at least six hours or overnight.
- When you're ready to serve, take it out of the fridge and dust the top generously with unsweetened cocoa powder. Slice it up and enjoy this creamy, coffee-kissed egg free tiramisu.
