How to make Easy Pineapple Mocktail
Here are the quick and easy steps to blend up juicy, flavor-packed pineapple mocktails any night (or day) of the week:
- Peel the pineapple and chop it into chunks. Add the pineapple, lemon and water to a smoothie maker. Blend until smooth.
- Sieve the mixture.
3. Add ice to a cup and pour the non-alcoholic pineapple drink. Enjoy
Decorate Homemade Pineapple Mocktail
4. Spread a few tablespoons of sugar on a flat plate to decorate your glasses. Dip the rim of each cocktail glass in water and then in the sugar. You'll end up with perfectly frosted rims.
5. Meanwhile, grill some extra sliced pineapple to decorate each glass with an extra pop of color and a bite of fruit. If you already have the BBQ going, grilled pineapple chunks are quick and easy to make. Simply leave them on a hot grill just long enough to develop some nice char marks.
However, if you're not using the grill, you can just as easily char some pineapple on a griddle pan.
6 Finally, add the finishing touch to each glass with fresh mint leaves, as pictured. Serve this easy pineapple mocktail with Easy Chicken Kebab in the Oven or Jamaican Jerk Chicken Salad.
