How to Pick the Best Peanut Butter
Not all peanut butter is created equal! When creating our recipes, we put health at the forefront of everything. For this reason, we use healthy peanut butters with fewer additives and no palm oil. You can also make your own healthy peanut butter from scratch; it is a lot easier than you think!

- Get creative with your toppings!!
- Use smooth peanut butter instead of crunchy peanut butter
- Use any milk of your choice
- For a vegan peanut butter milkshake use plant based milk and use dairy free whipped cream
- You can also add frozen bananas to the milkshake if you want to add a twist!
How to Make the Easy Peanut Butter Milkshake
- Add ½ a cup of vanilla ice cream, ½ a cup of peanut butter and ½ a cup of milk to a smoothie maker or food processor. Blend until smooth. Note: Feel free to add more or less milk to get your preferred consistency.
- Pour the milk shake into a cup.
- Top with whipped cream, then add a few chocolate chips and peanut butter.
- Enjoy!
Storage
This milkshake can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours but it is best consumed on the day.
