This pineapple mango smoothie is a delight. You can have it for breakfast or as a snack. The recipe below makes two servings if you use medium-sized cups and one serving if you serve it in a jar. I love using jars because they are easy to carry around, and I don’t have to drink everything in one go.

Easy Pineapple Mango Smoothie Ingredients
See the recipe card for full information on ingredients and quantities.
- Pineapples: To achieve the perfect smoothie texture, pineapples must be frozen. You can use shop-bought frozen pineapples or freeze-fresh pineapples the night before. To freeze pineapples, peel a pineapple and chop it into equal-sized chunks. Add them to a freezer bag and freeze for a minimum of 12 hours.
- Mangoes: Mangoes add sweetness to this smoothie and must be frozen to create a smooth texture. Like the pineapples, you can use shop-bought mangoes or freeze them yourself. Make sure you remove the skin and seed from the mango before freezing.
- Almond milk: Loosens the consistency of this smoothie. I usually add 2-3 cups for this easy pineapple mango smoothie recipe.
Tips and Substitutions
- Milk: This recipe can be made with any milk. For a vegan option, use coconut milk, soy milk, oat milk, hemp milk, or any other plant-based milk. You can also use dairy milk or low-fat milk.
- Add-in: If you want to kick this smoothie, add ½ tablespoon of fresh ginger and squeeze in some fresh lemon juice. You can also add papaya, orange juice, chai or spinach. You may also enjoy this Easy Green Smoothie Drink.
