To achieve the perfect smoothie texture, strawberries, blackberries, and bananas must be frozen. You can buy frozen fruit or freeze your own.
- Bananas: To make your frozen bananas, peel a banana, chop it into pieces and freeze them in a freezer bag for at least 12 hours. Bananas can be frozen for up to six months.
- Berries: If you want to freeze the strawberries and blackberries, wash them well, add them to a freezer bag, and freeze for at least 12 hours for a smoothie. Berries can be frozen for up to six months.

- Milk: I chose almond milk for this smoothie recipe because it is delicious and creamy. In addition, almond milk is vegan and still full of protein and calcium. Therefore, it will surely boost this strawberry blackberry banana smoothie. Alternatively, you can use coconut milk, cashew milk, hemp, oat or soy milk for this smoothie.
