Mocha Smoothie Ingredients
To make this smoothie you will need:
- 2 shots of espresso using good quality coffee beans
- 2-3 cups of any milk of your choice
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp of unprocessed cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup of healthy peanut butter
- 1/2 a cup of ice

This smoothie is so simple to make and can be made in under 5 minutes!
- Add espresso, milk, unprocessed cocoa powder, peanut butter, frozen bananas and ice to a smoothie maker and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a jar or cup and enjoy! 🙂
Alternatives
You can use 1 shot of espresso instead of two. I add two shots because I like a strong coffee.
In this recipe I use plant based milk. However, you can use dairy milk, low fat milk or any other milk of your choice.
