About This Recipe
I can’t think of anything better than BBQ wings it is one of my favorite starters. This recipe is great because it is healthier than deep-fried BBQ wings. I bake my wings in the oven instead to avoid all of the extra grease and they still come out crispy and delicious!
The key ingredient that makes these wings crispy is baking powder (not baking soda!) so don’t forget to add it to the flour mix. Don’t make the mistake of adding baking soda because it adds a really strong metal like taste.
If you are feeling daring then try my delicious spicy hot wings recipe. Once again I make them in the oven to avoid frying!

- Baking powder: Adds even more crisp to the skin. Make sure it has not expired before using it. If it has expired it will not work.
- Garlic powder: For flavor. Garlic powder works better than fresh garlic in this recipe.

- BBQ sauce: The marinade really is the star f the show so make sure you use a good quality sauce for the best flavor.
