Equipment
- Smoothie maker
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
- ¾ cup of soya milk
- 2 tablespoon of peanut butter
- ½ an orange
- 1 frozen banana
- Honey to taste (or maple syrup)
- ½ avocado
- ¼ teaspoon of chai seeds
Instructions
- Add ingredients to a smoothie maker or blender and mix until smooth. Serve in a jar.
